Collins is a third generation lawyer in the Enid community. He practices in the areas of real estate, civil and commercial law and litigation, contract law, employment law, probate and estates, trusts, product liability and personal injury. Much of his time is spent doing title and contract work with builders, subcontractors and businesses. Collins is a past President of the Garfield County Bar Association and is currently a member of both the Garfield County and Oklahoma Bar Associations. Collins earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma and served in the United States Navy from 1969-1973. He also served as a Special District Judge for the Fourth Judicial District of Oklahoma from 1979-81. He is a recipient of the Phillips University Outstanding Alumnus Award, a fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation and past member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Legislative Committee. |
